The installation process depends on the size of the space and how many robots you’re deploying. Usually just a couple of hours, though the Bear Field Ops team will stick with you, spending several serving periods to make sure the workflow process is stable and your servers are 100% satisfied.

To provide mapping, analytics, and instant feedback, SERVI requires a high-speed internet connection. Not to worry – our field ops team will evaluate network quality during deployment and provide a standalone network if needed.

Maximum payload of each tray is the following:

The battery is charged via wall charger and fits a standard 110 AC outlet.

SERVI's average battery life is between 8 and 12 hours, and takes 4 -5 hours to fully recharge. SERVI is also capable of quick charging for 1-2 hours during downtime for another 4-6 hours of operation! Actual operation duration of SERVI robots will depend on usage.

SERVI's speed (and about everything else) is user adjustable.

Yes, SERVI is spill-proof and water-resistant – it’s actually the only robot of its kind with certification from the NSF for sanitation because of this. With SERVI, spills are no big deal as you’ll have ample time to wipe it down while it’s running.
