Autonomous Exterior Security Robot
The ARGUS Autonomous Exterior Security Robot from TEAM 1st is capable of patrolling outdoor areas around the clock, in bright sunshine or rain. With autonomous movement coordinated by satellite and an internal visual motion control system, ARGUS conducts video surveillance at a distance of up to 100 meters, automatically detecting people at distances up to 50 meters. For larger sites, groups of ARGUS robots may be deployed together, operating in automatic patrol mode, to deliver 24/7 total area surveilance.

The ARGUS Autonomous Security Robot is a proactive surveillance platform, providing optimal 24/7 outdoor performance. But it's also much more than that. A multi-integrated security platform, ARGUS is capable of coordinating exterior site surveillance in teams of as many as 30 robots--providing complete campus security for large corporate, medical, and educational institutions.
Among wheel-driven robots, ARGUS is a very mature, reliable system. Tailored above all for perimeter surveillance of extensive properties, it is optimally equipped for this application. The sturdy chassis is all-terrain, weatherproof and packed with safety technology. On-board cameras, distance detectors, parking sensors, normal and infrared light, microphones and loudspeakers are powered by robust electric motors and long-lasting batteries. The surveillance technology (in the head of the wheel-driven robot) provides 360° all-round, thermal and night vision. Thanks to its integrated DUAL-spectrum PTZ camera (pan, tilt, zoom), Argus can reliably detect and analyze people and machines at a distance of several hundred meters.
